Roll up your sleeves and unleash your inner artist! We offer creative private parties and birthdays to suit your needs.

At this moment, parties are typically scheduled for Saturdays throughout the day on a first-come first-served basis. As we have more spaces, we will make them available.

What is included in the party package?

$225 ($50 non-refundable deposit required at registration)

Party packages are available for up to 12 artists (ages 4-100)

  • Each additional artist (up to 18 max) will be $10 per artist extra

You get:

  • 90 minutes of private party time includes: 5-15 minutes of a group collaborative art project to start, 45-60 minutes of an instructor-led art project, and 20-30 minutes for cake, presents, and party wrap-up. This approximate timeline depends on the arrival time of guests, the project chosen, etc.

  • Artist of Honor gets to choose the project at least a week before the event. All artists will be creating the same themed artwork to take home! A customized, one-of-a-kind poster will be created that party guests will color as they arrive and the Artist of Honor gets to take home!

  • Artist of Honor chooses theme, size, and media options. Most artworks will be completed on a 9 x 12 canvas board. Options will be discussed during party consultation. You must schedule a party consultation at least a week before your party.

What do you bring as the host?

  • Sweet treats (cake, cupcakes, etc.) and drinks and paper goods. We do not have a refrigerator to keep items cool so you may bring a cooler.

  • Candles, cake knife, and serving utensils. We will have a lighter on hand if one is needed.

  • Bring 2 long, rectangular tablecloths for the party room table where guests will eat.

  • Any extra decorations you desire.

  • Payment method for the final balance (due at the close of the party) Card or check is preferable.
